Administration:
Since you deleted my last note, what is the option loop the last day going into Medford....? Are we going over the same mountain road from 2004 that went into Jacksonville ? That was a great climb.

Hi,

I didn't delete any of your notes. Was it on another thread?
I see your other posts here:

I don't know anything more about the route, but I can ask for you.

Here are the statistics. Also - on day 7 you have an option to go over the same hill we did a few years ago - or a shorter option on the main highway.

2009 summary
Day 1- 67 Miles, 5450 Ft
Day 2- 74 Miles, 2600 Ft
Day 3- 54 Miles, 5200 Ft
Day 4- 71 Miles, 4192 Ft
Day 5- 76 Miles, 3900 Ft
Day 6 option- 43 Miles, 2900 Ft
Day 7- 42/52 Miles, 2800/3960 ft
Totals- 384/437 Miles, 24142/28,2024060

Average last 10 years
Miles w/Option Elevation w/Option
383 Miles(477 w/option) 21,410 Feet (26,694 w/option)

Hi Sandra,

I talked to Ingrid, and confirmed that the option loop on the last day is the same as the route into Jacksonville in 2004, going through Buncom, riding along Sterling Creek Rd. into Jacksonville where you'll rejoin the main route. I looked at my maps from 2004 - this is the second hill from that day's ride, not the climb & descent coming out of Lake Selmac.
