Accidents on CO

Postby markhappyguy » Sun Sep 19, 2010 2:04 pm

I am curious if the CO organizers are willing to release the accident statistics of the CO trips along with the causes and severity of the accident?

I think doing that will promote safety and awareness. Plus in keeping with the philosophy of honesty and transparency I think it would do the community a service to do so.

After a week on the bike and a day in Pendleton, my ass and liver hurt.

Other than that, I don't think you're gonna get much info.

I did see the emergency car go screaming (sirening?) down Rattlesnake, followed a couple of minutes later by an EMT vehicle, but I never heard what the hurry was...
The voices tell the stories. I just record them for posterity.

And the voices have some good ideas sometimes!

Heart issues that turned out not to be. Better safe than sorry.
