Warm up ride anyone?

If anyone wants to get a warm-up ride for Cycle Oregon, then come to Milton-Freewater, Oregon on Saturday, Sept. 11 for the Tour de Frog. Milton-Freewater is known for its frogs. The TdF has 4 different distances to choose from - a 25 mile family ride, 50 miles, 75 miles, or a 100 mile ride. Highlights include riding up to Harris Park (a beautiful ride) on the longer rides, and lunch at Whitman Mission (the site of the Whitman Massacre in the 1840's) for all rides. All the rides are generally flat through the vineyards and wheat fields around Milton-Freewater and Walla Walla (with a few rollers), and these roads are some of the best cycling roads around. Milton-Freewater is only about a 45 minute drive to Elgin and the start of Cycle Oregon. For more information, check out the website at http://www.eosportstraining.com/tourdefrog.html.
