Hope you've trained...

Cause this one if gonna be tough, really tough. I don't want to hear any whining on day 3 that your knees hurt and I DEFINITELY don't want to see lines for SAG vans forming at the bottom of the first big hill. We all knew from day one what this was and there were a LOT of my friends who didn't get in because you hit the enter key sooner than they did. NOW EARN IT!

I'll go away now and repack my bag thank you very much... ;-)

I want to buy you a beer and hear more of your thoughts on this matter.

You do know that while you are at CO all of the school kids will be trampling on your lawn, disregarding the signs you placed so precisely
Clip in and let's go!

Deal on the beers! It will be easy to identify me, I'll be the guy in the beer garden no one will sit next to.

We have been riding the hills around my house- the best I could manage was 11,000 ft of climbing in 90 miles. We had to cut it short and miss one of the climbs. My friend Ron needed to get home- we had been out for 5hrs already. Do you think we are ready?

OK, was I right? By the way I thought for the most part the herd was better prepared than previous years. Not a lot of SAG'ing going on as hard as the course was.

Also, by day three my knees hurt but thanks out to the medics for providing baggies with ice. Got me thru to the finish, that and the nightly cereal malt hydration regiment.

Great ride, can't wait until next year.
