Was this the registration company for last year?

The only thing missing from that experience was a good old dial-up handshake tone blaring in my ear.

Man was that a frustrating 18 minutes. Website kept shutting down, and I was starting to freak out. After 10 or so tries I finally got confirmation and have printed email in hand, but that really sucked.

I was online at noon. It took me one hour to register. Terrible.

Ultimately it is the responsibility of Cycle Oregon to make sure the registration process works smoothly and seamlessly. It seems this registration process would have been beta tested before throwing it out there. While I did get registered that is only because I had the presence of mind to call Prerace this morning. They told me that they had major glitches and it was my view they had little to no confidence that the registration process would work. Hopefully this is not a sign of what September will be. Not trying to be too harsh but I do know if I presented this product to my boss he would probably fire me.

Don't worry, Cycle Oregon's week ride will be awesome as they all are. This was just a registration glitch, that of course shouldn't have happened but did. I just hope there aren't any people who didn't get in because of system problems. I know I'd be pissed.

Yes, prerace fell down on the job.
But CO won't. It'll be great! Last night's announcement was SO professional and well-thought out with the new objectives, slide show and videos and the variety of speakers. Special accolades to CO for making the announcement FUN. I like to see the ride upgrade the fun factor.

No confirmation e-mail (yet) either. Did check the charge card on line and saw the CO reg charge there. Am making the assumption that the reg fee hitting my charge card means I am in.

Is there any way to confirm a registration that appeared to go through but no confirmation email was sent? Should we register again? Help!!!
