Yes....But.....

I like to print a map with the nights camp site on the back, fold it up, and put it in my pocket. A somewhat archaic concept. And I've been doing CO for 20 years - I do know we will receive the printed maps in the ride packet.

I also like to load tcx files for all the routes to my Garmin. A somewhat more modern concept.

The maps, GPS file on RideWithGPS and camp site maps will all appear....eventually. Often on Friday (9/9).

Hi Mytrot-

Good to know I'm not the only one. Years ago "I suggested they provide the daily route / campsite maps back to back. It was not a popular suggestion...

Search for "CO2016" (No space) and look for those by John Brooks. Believe he is the official map man.

lars
They like the turn by turn on back with the other misc info I think.
I prefer to print my own. I leave the official ones in my car so they stay nice!

Hmmm, where is camp located on the first day?
Looks like we go right past the school out into farmland?
Anybody know when the campsite maps will be out?

Campsite maps will be available at Rider Services in Myrtle Creek. They will not be published before the ride this year. I'll see if I can find the proposed site maps to get an idea.

Sorry - I should have posted earlier. I did finlly get the maps up on Maprika and Ridewithgps about a week ago and forgot to let you know. They are also posted on the CO website.

You can load the routes directly to your garmin from Ridewithgps. I tend to prefer the Maprika version because I can see exactly where I am on the maps and it works without cell service and in airplane mode to save your battery life - at least it does on Android...

Also - I uploaded the entire poster size map to Maprika

In all cases you can search for them with the keyword CO2016 or just plain IZ
