I thought that Cycle Oregon was just fantastic! Great weather, beautiful rides, excellent entertainment, and tons of powdered eggs

I especially likeed the Oregon Frame builders show at Diamond Lake, WOW!

This was my first CO. All I can say is, "WOW!" On top of the route, the weather, and everything else, I'm astounded by the logistical and organizational feat pulled off last week. I've never seen so many people kept so happy for so long.

Kudos to the entire organization and all the volunteers who made this the best ride in the country!

Simply, this was the best route since CO V. No big surprise, as it covers most of the same territory.

I wrote in the rider survey that I noted that there are areas that CO likes to repeat - Crater Lake and the Wallowas, for instance. The two last days in this ride (Aufderheide Road and McKenzie Pass) belong in this category, and I had always wished since CO V that they would come back to these two. I'm really sorry that I wasn't able to ride the second half of the week.

Thanks to CO for coming back to this course. I do hope that they do this one more time so that I have another chance to ride it.

I'm glad that the newcomers to CO had the chance to experience this. Cycling in Oregon doesn't get much better than this.

Yo Suzie Q... I said "yallo" a couple of times as you zipped by. As the name implies, I'm slow, rarely getting to camp before 6:00 to 7:30 BUT on a recumbent, the only thing that hurts at the end of the day was my "smile" muscles. And yes I was just as slow when I rode a DF!!!

Afeared not lass (oops pirate talk was yesterday) I'm living in shanghai so this was a special trip for the 20th and my 1st. Do a couple of tours during the summer before heading back the end of July....

Two years in a row with all that climbing ! They need to find a
route like 2004 ! That was perfect; only had that 17 mile climb
over the mountain. The last two years have been too much
climbing---and I love hills too!!

No route is perfect for eveyone, but given the profiles are available in advance it's just a matter of training, and finding the time to do it.

Just call me a 60 year old female baby bear.

I loved this year. I had looked forward to the Crater Lake day for the ENTIRE year after I saw the route - I was stoked for that ride so much that on the downhill after finishing the the loop road I could only yell at the top of my lungs "whoo hoooo!" while tears streamed from my eyes.

The rest of the days that followed were as epic, emotional, and incredible.
